Dr. William Palmer grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University - Pittsburgh for pre-medical studies. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa and participated in chiropractic abroad studies at Universidade Feevale in Brazil and Argentina in 1999. Dr. Palmer earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and he completed his postgraduate studies at Sherman College in Spartanburg, South Carolina for Atlas Orthogonal board certification. Dr. Palmer has also had the privilege and honor to work and study under world renowned chiropractor Dr Fred Vogel in Detroit, Michigan.
Dr. William Palmer has been the owner and clinic director of the Buffalo Chiropractic Center since 2002. He is currently a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Atlas Orthogonal Association, and the Westin Price Foundation.
Dr. Palmer constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of chiropractic and related studies. He is currently studying and working with doctors in Europe, Russia, and the U.S. on the use of SCENAR™ microcurrent therapy. Dr Palmer is extremely excited to have recently introduced the PAIN NEUTRALIZATION TECHNIQUE™ to his clinic which has helped many with quick results and pain elimination. He reinforces his understanding of chiropractic diagnoses and treatments by reading research and attending postgraduate seminars on subjects including rehabilitation, orthopedics, neurology, nutrition, trauma, and whiplash.
Dr. Palmer’s love of chiropractic, exercise, and nutrition and and his genuine concern for others are qualities that impress those who know him well. He is a proud supporter of the western New York community and enjoys the local beauty, blue collar culture, and all the opportunities for outdoor recreational activities.
